Mint Miami Mojito Receipe

| Now that you are inspired to bring some mint into your wardrobe, here's an easy recipe for an extra minty Springtime drink, to mix up with your new looks, Enjoy! Ingredients 2 oz. rum* Crushed ice 1 oz. lime juice and 3 to 4 thin lime wedges 8 to 10 mint leaves 1-2 teaspoons Agave syrup Club soda * * * Directions Place mint leaves, limes and Agave syrup into a glass and muddle (mash up with a wooden dowel). Add ice, rum and lime juice Top off with club soda and shake. Garnish with mint leaves and limes. *Replace Rum with unsweetened Pineapple Juice for a non-alcoholic version. |
