From the Archives: Fabulous Fashion Friday, Oct. 7th: Dazzling Dynamic Print Dresses

Dynamic prints like dots and zigzags seem to swirl and vibrate. Today, I begin with one pair of lux grey leather riding boots paired with two dynamic print dresses, layered up with a pile of accessories for two fabulous weekend looks.

Look 1: Dazzling Dots
 

This long-sleeve lace shift puts a new spin on the L.B.D.  The effervescent print is simply bubbly. A big fat black buckled belt gives it an urban edge.

A little black lace hoodie makes this look SO Seattle!

Ooh, gorgeous zipper up the back of these soft-grey Luxury Rebel "Lauren" boots ($219). To anchor the floaty colors and dots, I added a huge jet black handbag with chain detail ($48). 

Vintage bucket hat (circa 1950's) with lace veil is absolutely stunning with this contemporary look.

Look 2: Sizzling ZigZag

This  "Missoni" print dress absolutely vibrates. The below-the-knee A-line hem adds sophistication.

I can not believe how perfectly the grey in the dress matches the grey boots.

We love this Elan olive-green draping cardi over this dress.

How about a navy blue vintage pill box hat (circa 1940's) with lace veil to top off this look, yeah!!!

Here's the finished look with a 1970's-inspired structured handbag.
