For my royal outfit, I combined posh color duo creme and black for a highly classic feel. By tucking a wing sleeved shirt into a lacy skirt, dressing the legs with lace tights, and adding evening wear high heels, I got a stunning majestic look. After adorning the outfit with necklaces and topping it off with an ornamental feather and bow hat, the outfit was fit for a queen!
A tea-length skirt is perfect to curtsey in! |
To add a regal elegance, I layered up several Bellatrix pearl, abalone and vintage brooch necklaces in both "matinee" and "princess" lengths, along with a simple pearl earring, to make the outfit especially princess-like and ravishing.
And look at how darling the feather hat sits atop her head! Gorgeous! |
From the back, this outfit flows gracefully from the wing sleeves to the A-line lace skirt. She looks queenly from every angle.
I love the way the black accessories (lace stockings, satin shoes, waist band, and hat) add structure to the creamy ensemble. |
So, if you fancy dressing up and are looking for the opportune moment, celebrate the wonderful historical event of The Royal Wedding with a cup of tea and this fanciful outfit!
Cheerio, Darlings!
